If something unexpected happened with platform i.e. the exam data is incorrect, did not run at the angry hour or an error occurs during the exam. Contact online support. Details in "Technical help".

Please report any platform malfunctions, inactive accounts, or problems accessing and implementing e-learning courses via email. We will respond as soon as possible. Remember to describe the problem appropriately.

If the course does not show a picture, quiz or other activity, please provide the following information:

• name and surname of the course teacher
• full name of the course (or link)
• full name of the activity

Examples:

Good morning! My name is Andrzej Nowak, in the course run by Ms. Grażyna Kowalska, called "Foreign problems", an error occurs while playing the presentation. The moment I click on the presentation called "Polish Mountains", nothing happens. I am asking for help, because without the presentation I am not able to get credit for the course. Regards, Andrzej Nowak
